• Birth & Baby

  • The delivery of a baby is a lifetime memory and it is our goal to make it one that is positive and filled with joy. Anne Arundel Medical Center proudly welcomes more than 5,500 babies into the world each year —  the second most in the state of Maryland. Whether you’re a new mother-to-be or an experienced parent, you’ll get care tailored to the unique needs of your growing family. Our family-centered childbirth model — which keeps you, your baby and family together throughout labor, delivery and postpartum care — promotes bonding and ensures the best possible start for this new chapter of life.

  • Maternity Care During COVID-19

While the journey to motherhood can be exciting, we know you may have concerns about your care during this time. We’re here to help answer your questions when it comes to prenatal appointments, labor, delivery and postpartum care. We are safe, ready and open to care for you and your newborn

If you are being admitted for delivery, we have universal COVID-19 testing procedures in place, documented here in English and Spanish.

Reach out to your provider should you have any other concerns.
